The operator of this website is Benjamin Lorenz (contact details above). Data is collected when you communicate it to us (e.g., via email) or automatically by our IT systems (e.g., IP address, browser type, time of access).

This website uses a technical session cookie for the password-protected area. This cookie is necessary to verify your authorization and keep you logged in while navigating my “Design Journey.” It is not used for tracking or marketing. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR, based on my legitimate interest in protecting confidential work.

a) Google Analytics: We use Google Analytics to analyze website usage. IP anonymization is active. You can opt-out by using a browser-plugin or clearing your cookies.

b) LinkedIn: My website includes links to my LinkedIn profile. When you click these, data may be transferred to LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company.

You have the right to receive information about the origin, recipient, and purpose of your stored personal data at any time free of charge. You also have a right to request the correction or deletion of this data.

2. Terms of Use & Confidentiality

The “Design Journey” and specific Case Studies are password-protected because they contain sensitive business information and internal processes from my roles at Raisin SE and various agencies.

By requesting or using a password to access these areas, you agree to the following:

a) The content is for viewing purposes only as part of a professional hiring or networking process.

b) You will not share the password with unauthorized third parties.

c) You will not capture (screenshot/video), download, or redistribute the content without my explicit written permission.

d) The insights provided regarding product strategy and internal frameworks remain confidential.
